Richard holds a GRI designation and bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Food Science from Texas Tech University, a background that sharpens the analytical and negotiation skills he brings to every transaction. As the owner of the Cliftex Theater — the oldest continuously operating movie theater in Texas, open since 1916 — he has earned trust in this community that goes well beyond any real estate deal.
